The 13th in a tradition of calendars designed by Tauba Auerbach to inaugurate the new year. Each year's calendar features one or two original typefaces and a series of backgrounds related to other things going on around the studio. The tradition started as an alternative to compulsory xmas gift-giving — for the past 12 (non-consecutive) years, the calendar has been a New Years gift mailed in January to friends, colleagues and interesting strangers. This is the first time it is also being offered via Diagonal Press.
